Our approach

Taught by practitioners, not by lecturers

Our participants are experienced managers. They do not need a lecture: they need methods, tools and a space to compare practices.

Teaching principles

Five rules we do not negotiate

01

70% practice

Workshops, case studies, simulations and group work take up most of the time. Theory is kept to what supports decisions.

02

Your files as material

Within the limits of confidentiality, we work on your own regulations, procedures and real cases rather than generic examples.

03

Small groups

Sessions are sized so that every participant produces work and receives individual feedback.

04

Practising trainers

Practitioners, former senior officials, auditors and consultants who still do the job they teach.

05

A deliverable to take home

Each participant leaves with a personal action plan and the ready-to-use tools applied during the session.

Instructional design

What we do before the session

  1. 01

    Needs analysis

Interviews with the sponsor and, where useful, a positioning questionnaire for participants.

  2. 02

    Track design

Measurable learning objectives, sequencing, choice of methods and case studies.

  3. 03

    Trainer selection

A team matched to the sector, the level and the working language of the group.

  4. 04

    Materials production

Participant handbook, tool sheets, datasets and assessment grids.

Stay & logistics

Your delegations are expected

For groups travelling from abroad, a seminar succeeds as much through its practical organisation as through its content.

  • Official invitations and visa support: invitation letters, visa files, coordination with embassies and consulates
  • Accommodation and transfers: negotiated hotel booking, airport transfers, travel arrangements
  • Teaching materials: handbook design, participant kits, equipped rooms
  • Event logistics coordination: seminars, workshops, study visits and immersion trips
  • Administrative follow-up and reporting: agreements, certificates, session reports, immediate and delayed evaluation
  • A single point of contact reachable throughout the stay

/ Assessment & follow-up /

Measuring what was actually learned

Before

Positioning questionnaire to adjust the level and the cases to be covered.

During

Formative assessment at each sequence and presentation of group work.

At the end

Final assessment, personalised certificate of completion and satisfaction survey.

After

Session report to the sponsor and a remote follow-up on the implementation of action plans.
